* Defined as situations in which the safety and security of people and/or property is compromised.
These services are provided by mobile units from (most) fitment centres in our nationwide network. To request assistance, contact our 24/7 call centre on 0860 123 423. If your request complies with Emergency Services guidelines, it will be assigned to the relevant task team in your area.
Non-urgent services (home/office design improvements, consultations, chip repairs, automotive auxiliary products, VICs, etc) will be available only once fitment centres are fully-operational. This will depend on the Alert Levels and permissions as issued by government.
